Beforehand, our translators take several tests before we choose them to work for our translation agencies. Our strength is to provide skilled translators able to translate into their mother tongue. We assign the most skilled translator to your project. A team will then undertake manging your project from the start to the finish and will choose professional and qualified translators to translate your documents.

How we organise translating a document

A document in the process of being translatedThe project manager ensures that a project is carried out, on the one hand, according to the commitment undertaken for the client, and, on the other, according to our quality criteria.

We have a rigorous and effective quality control process. As such, each translation is checked by a proofreader. Our proofreaders are qualified in translation, and are skilled in the project’s language combination and specialist field. This check enables the quality of the following elements to be guaranteed:

  • Linguistic: in order to ensure that the original message has been fully and faithfully transcribed, as well as the rules inherent to the target language (grammar, syntax, spelling, conjugation, punctuation).
  • Terminological: to guarantee the use of pertinent terms, consistent with the activity concerned.
  • Technical: it translates true mastery and understanding of the product and subject
  • Page layout (DTP): as the document’s presentation and page layout are an integral part of the product, abiding to the client’s requirements in terms of page layout is also checked.
  • Meeting deadlines: meeting deadlines is part of our service and therefore our undertakings. It is key that translators also meet given deadlines so the project proceeds smoothly.

It is important to note that the check detailed before is in addition to the one the project translator carries out, to which they are contractually committed. Ultimately, each document delivered to the client has therefore been checked twice.

Our translation company translates your documents in a multitude of languages

Have a document translated into various languagesA true work of the mind, translation is not an exact science and requires that its author, in addition to mastering the language perfectly, has complete understanding of the subject covered, its ins and outs, as well as all the elements that software could never replace.

The translator must take into account the level of language the client requires depending on the target audience and the type of document to be provided (in-house communication or widely distributed publication, press review or technical documentation amongst others).

Our network includes more than 2,500 translators assessed and chosen according to a twofold criteria: their mother tongue and their specialist field. The language they translate into is always their mother tongue. The translations are therefore suited and faithful to the cultural, economic and social environment of the target language’s country or region.

We have the resources to translate from French into another language, or vice versa, but also from a foreign language into another foreign language. Here is the list of languages we provide professional translations in: Albanian, Arabic, Armenian, Austrian, Belgian, Belarussian, Bosnian, Breton, Bulgarian, Castilian, Catalan, Chinese (Cantonese, simplified or traditional Mandarin), Corsican, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch (Belgium, Netherlands), English (USA, United Kingdom), Estonian, Faroese, Finish, French, Gaelic (Scottish, Irish), German (Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Switzerland), Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Islandic, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Kurdish, Laotian, Latin, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Madagascan, Maltese, Maori, Mongol,  Nepalese, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese (Portugal, Brazil), Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Serbo-Croatian, Slovak, Slovenian, Somali, Spanish (Latin America, Spain), Sudanese, Swedish, Swiss, Turkish, Ukrainian, Uzbek, Vietnamese and Zulu amongst others.
