A.D.T. has for many years operated a quality management system focused entirely on customer satisfaction.

Drawing on a wealth of past experience, we have defined a structured methodology for the management and control of our assignments. This methodology is formalised in our operating procedures and applied systematically to guarantee the quality of our translation services.

Our commitment goes beyond our core business. We therefore take a comprehensive and cross-cutting approach to quality, to enable us to achieve our prime objective of satisfying our customers and reinforcing the trust they place in us.

All our teams apply this approach daily to achieve continuous improvement in the control of our activities and the quality of our products.

In 2009, we were awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification after an independent, accredited certification body recognized the effectiveness of our quality system.

QUALITY DEPARTMENT :

We have a full team working to ensure we meet ISO 9001:2008 standards.

For each project, A.D.T. International teams and translators at use their experience (document type, subjects, terminology), to ensure:

  • the translators chosen for your translations are rigorously evaluated and monitored.
  • each translation is checked on completion in order maintain high standards and consistency for each project.
  • consistency in our project management procedures:
    • providing translators with all information required for the translation and ensuring it’s taken into account (when clients give specific instructions and supply glossaries or other elements for the translation, the project manager makes sure the translator follows them and uses the terminology provided, to ensure you’re fully satisfied with the work delivered)
    • prompt response in the assessment of your project and proposals for it
