How can I request a quotation?

How long will it take to get my quote and translation?

We draw up and send quotes at most one hour after we receive requests, and start working on the translation as soon as you clear the quote.
Then, depending on how rare the language combination, number of words and complexity of your document, it is safe to assume that we can translate an average of 1,500 words a day.
If you need your translation faster, we can assign several translators to your project under a linguistic lead, who will make sure the final translation and terminology are consistent.
They’ll make sure that your project is completed by the agreed deadline.

When can we contact you?

Our offices in France are open from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm and in Canada from 9 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday except on public holidays. The agency remains open throughout the summer and during the year-end holiday season.

What guarantees do you provide?

The ISO 9001:2008 standard enables us to ensure high standards, from the selection of translators through to the delivery of your project. 
The revision of your translation and the selection of a translator specializing in your field guarantee first-class service.

What follow-up do you provide after the translations are delivered?

Our project managers and account managers remain fully available even after your order has been delivered. 
If you have a question about terminology or a query about the translation, or need to make corrections to the translation, we will undertake any subsequent work necessary in order to give you complete satisfaction.

What are your invoicing arrangements?

Each project is invoiced on delivery. Our accounts department will be pleased to answer any questions you may have service.comptabilite@adt-international.com.

Which language combinations can you translate?

We can translate any type of document in any language and any field.
Whether you require a simple translation in Word format or a complex layout requiring DTP software, we have the solution!

What guarantee do you give with regard to confidentiality?

All our translators and interpreters sign a confidentiality agreement and are required to maintain professional secrecy. 
Similarly, all our employees sign a confidentiality clause as part of their contract.
